The Leadership Development Directory on the Initiatives page of The Federation of Community Social Services of BC (FCSSBC) website has been created to help social and non-profit sector staff, volunteers, supervisors, program managers and directors locate and assess management learning opportunities (workshops, courses, certificate or diploma programs, and degree programs) aimed to increase knowledge and skills around management and leadership.

Each program link can be expanded to show contact information for the provider, an outline description of the program and its course content, and an outline of Program Type/Delivery/Target Audience/Program Frequency/Application Deadlines/Program Start Date/Program Duration/Program Cost.

In-Person Learning is currently available at Banff Centre, Camosun College, Kwantlen Polytechnic University, Northwest Community College, Thompson Rivers University, University of Victoria and Vancouver Island University.
